As a busy, working mom of two, I found myself NOT prioritizing my health as I should, and wanted to change that. I came to Anna as a true beginner to yoga, no experience or knowledge whatsoever, just a few short weeks ago and I already feel a complete difference in my strength - both physical and mental. I had a chance to have a private class with Anna and I loved absolutely every second of it. The place is magical, the choice of music was great (and you know how sometimes the music is getting annoying and you can’t focus? that was not a problem at all ;). But mostly I loved the fact that Ania was listening to what I said before the class. My muscles were tired from other exercises. She acknowledged it and made me stretch particular parts. At the same time she was constantly supportive and her very calm and stressfree voice helps you to get into deeper level.

One session helped me to relax my muscles and mind. And Anna’s smile and affirmation can help you to simply enjoy and get through harder asana.

I know it is a lot :) I believe Anna’s classes are perfect for people who love small, intimate environment where you can truly focus on yourself for an hour.
